CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Cancellations received and post-marked prior to August 22^nd, 2010 will receive a 50% refund to be effected after the Conference. Following August 22^nd, 2010, there will be a 20% refund issued provided a cancellation is made prior to September 17^th, 2010. No cancellations will be liable for a refund after this date.

Please note: This registration entitles the above named registrant only to the admission to the Conference and Showcase, and Special Workshop (if additional payment has been made for this). Substitutions can be made only until September 17^th, 2010 due to administrative and printing deadlines.

Payment for the total amount has to be made to the TM-Global bank account prior to the Early-bird deadline for early registrants, and prior to September 17^th, 2010 for regular registrants, otherwise no discounts will be applicable and the initial registration will be cancelled following September 17^th, 2010.
