Please note that we are looking for original, insightful and informed presentations that have not been copied, presented before at similar events or are scheduled to be presented at similar events in the nearest future. If you have presented or are planning to present similar material at another industry event, please state this clearly at the time of submission or contact the Programme Committee if you have any issues with this requirement.

Publication – all presentations are made available to registered TM-Europe 2011 attendees after the conference on-line. If you have an issue with this you should mention it at the time of submission.

Please take into account that we will also need to use the presenters and presentation details, pictures etc. to market the conference to the industry and media, and may also broadcast some sessions as a webinar during or after the conference and/or we may videotape some presentations to make them available as streaming video after the conference. If you have any copyright or any other issues please let us know about them before-hand.

Please note that the organisers of TM-Europe work hard to keep all the registration fees as low as possible, and negotiate bargain rates for accommodation, receptions and any additional attractions and in order to deliver maximum value to the attendees and the industry. The organisers therefore operate on a very tight budget, and do not normally offer special discounts to speakers and panellists. Since the hotel requires a flat fee (covering venue rental, catering and any conference services) for every single attendee, therefore all speakers and panellists are expected to register for the conference and cover their costs.

All proposals submitted will be reviewed and evaluated by the TM-Europe 2011 Programme Committee within a month or so, and all selected speakers and panellists will be contacted in May. The programme committee may also contact the potential speaker with suggested changes, modifications or panel options for a given topic. The decision of the Programme Committee is final.

By submitting a proposal you confirm that that you have read and are in agreement with the important information listed above and are obliged to actually deliver the presentation on the agreed dates. In order to avoid liability issues and cause losses to the organisers any cancellations or changes should be made by 30 June 2011 at the latest
