We have created a programme that will explore a wide range of issues from the world of translation and localization services from a management perspective. Conference highlights will include:

•    A special Sales and CRM workshop conducted by Doug Lawrence of Amicus TransTec. This workshop will look at best practices and effective strategies for selling translation and managing customer relationships.
•    Some of the most experienced experts within our industry will be presenting on the practical aspects of servicing different types of customers, managing processes, vendors, quality, terminology and strategies for developing resources.
•    The conference will focus on translation service providers, vendors and clients.
•    The highlight and finale will be a panel debate on managing the relationship between translation service providers and freelance translators. The debate will be webcast live on PROZ with live interaction facilities from the on-line audience.
•    Last but not least, industry tools development experts will look at technology best practice and practical application of standards and providers will showcase their latest technologies and solutions.
